This GP practice is excellent and I have no complaints, as such.
But gaining information on how to go about assessments ( ie; Possible hip replacement surgery) I've had differing advice from the practice, dependent on who you talk to .
For example, since bilateral hip x-rays 21 st June. were performed; Firstly informed I have to access an MSK website, fill in forms, etc; prior to GP referral.
2 nd information given is that I can get an assessment from an in-house physiotherapist, who can then refer me to a waiting list, if required !!
So this physio call has been arranged. But it's taken 2 months so far. Very distressing when you're in the older age bracket !
Also, it would be appreciated if reminders could be sent re appointments, please. Hard to remember various appointment calls, especially with poor eyesight and memory.
Thankyou for your consideration on these matters
Regards
Anna Marieke Hemmings
