"Brilliant A & E department"

I was taken to Yeovil A & E from home yesterday via ambulance. Firstly the ambulance team and paramedic were excellent. Arrived within 15 minutes and were truly kind, and caring. Was then taken to A & E where I was seen promptly, advised what was going to happen and was smooth and QUICK. Whilst it may perhaps not been a very busy time ( I didn't know) the service was second to none. I can't praise those that I saw highly enough. The whole process from chest x ray, bloods etc was done quickly efficiently and was only 4 hours from time in hospital to being released (thankfully). This was my first experience of Yeovil hospital having moved to Somerset fairly recently and honestly the difference between East Surrey & Croydon University hospital is so, so much better. Thank you to all of you in A & E, I just feel a little guilty I may have wasted your time, but know I am in good hands in Yeovil
