Go on google reviews and read what everyones writing. From disabled people, new mums, elderly patients no one can get through to them. This was even before Covid they have latched onto that excuse now (even though the country is opening up to operate BAU).

I can call at 08:00am to have the phone put down without entering a queue.

I eventually went to 111 who got me an appointment with them.

Later calling this GP in the afternoon for an update the call rings from caller 4 to 1 and then continues to ring until you hang up. The receptionists cant even be bothered to pick up.

There is 1 month onwards wait for appointments online.

Your basically left with no GP. Thats the raw situation and they do nothing to fix it. Worse they want new patients? One person reviewed that they ended up in ICU without these charlatans helping them.

The shame is that the Drs and Nurses are great when once in a kajillion years you get an appointment.

I have submitted a NHS comissioner complaint and urge everyone to do the same.

Abysmal.
