"Thank you"

About: Aberdeen Maternity Hospital / Obstetrics (Maternity care)

(as a service user),

I recently spent 3 days in Summerfield Ward due to high BP at 31weeks pregnant. I wanted to take the time to thank all the ward staff for their very attentive and caring approach.  From the nurses, midwives, HCSW and domestic staff, the ward has a calming and relaxed environment which no doubt contributed to getting my BP under control.  Special thanks to Nicola, Nikki and Ciara (and to the rest of the team) for putting me at ease and taking such great care of both of us.

You are all a credit to NHS Grampian.

Hi LornaG87,

Thank you so much for getting in touch with your wonderful feedback. The team will be delighted that they contributed so positively to your experience.

We aim to offer compassionate care to all who use our service, and understand that antenatal admissions can be particularly worrisome. It is lovely to hear that your blood pressure is now better controlled and I hope the rest of your pregnancy and birth goes smoothly.

Thanks again

Natalie
