"My Cancer treatment"

Hello am under the care of Dr Thomas, Dept Maxillofacial Surgery, back in April this year I found a lump in my neck so I was refered to Dr Thomas at the Royal stoke Hospital, I sore Dr Thomas and he examed my neck, he did not like the feal of the lump, so I had a byopsey done and it turned out to be cancer, he also had byopseyes of the back of my tongue and under my tongue, and my tonsills removed to see where the source of the cancer was coming from, but he found out it was in my lymph glands so I had 66 of them removed, ime on the mend now thanks to mr Thomas and his team, they saved my life and cannot thank them enough, so thank you Mr Thomas, all the nurses and staff, I was very well looked after, so thank you all from the bottom of my heart, thank you one top surgen, thank you again 100 stars
