"My mum's care"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Orthopaedics (Wards 10a, 10b, 10c &10d)

(as a relative),

My mum tripped and was admitted to ward 10b under Mr Martin and the ortho team. They looked after her amazingly well. The physio, OT, nurses and doctors all worked together to make sure she recovered and discharged home safely after her shoulder replacement. Excellent care, thank you.

Dear Eliz A

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to your mums experience of using the Orthopaedics Department of the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

I'm glad to hear your mum was put at ease and made to feel welcomed throughout her journey and is now recovering well after her shoulder replacement.

I will be sure to pass on your praise to all the staff involved including Mr Martin who I'm sure will be delighted to hear your mum is recovering well.

Kind regards

Kevin
