(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The team we had to look after mammy was just fabulous and very caring.  I felt I'd known them all my life, especially Donall and Julie (the wee Scottish nurse).  They all were just fantastic.  Unfortunately mum passed away on in late August and we as a family will forever be indebted to this team. Yours thankfully

Thank you for your kind feedback. As a team we would like pass on our heart felt condolences to you and your extended family. It was a pleasure to be able to nurse your mum at home and let you as a family spend your last days with her in familiar surroundings. Donal and Julie are excellent nurses and will be delighted to hear that they made you feel comfortable in their friendly and professional approach towards your mums care. Making families feel relaxed and comfortable during their journey with acute care at home is extremely import to us as a team.
