I came to hospital after a 111 call that led to an ambulance being sent to my home and my being assessed by two paramedics who decide I should go to the hospital I had blood pressure of over 200 was very pale with greyish lips.
My doctor has been trying to get me help with bursitis in my leg which I believe the pain of caused the high bloods? I was released today.
I have never been treated so well by all and every member of staff! From doctors to wards staff to cleaners and everyone I came in contact with during my stay such as the MRI staff and X Ray staff I cannot commend your staff more highly
so much so had to bring this to your attention as they should be praised by one and all! I cannot believe the way they dealt with negative patients(& there were some) as they reminded respectful and polite - I'm not sure I could have handled myself so admirably.
It was Wakeley ward at Medway maritime hospital, I was helped by some wonderful humans the cleaning staff were happy & cheerful as were everyone I had contact with - the help that brought foods & drinks -the nurses that took great care of my well being, making regular checks the superb doctors that attended me the radiologists the food was good. The service couldn’t be better so I applaud the whole system
So please extend my gratitude as publicly as possible
Thank you
