"Never answer the phone"

About: Farfield Group Practice

Getting through to this surgery is ne'er impossible. They never answer the phones.

When you eventually speak to someone, they're usually not based in the Keighley surgery but some call centre or other of the company's surgeries around the area.

People forget that these practises are private companies...

Dear Patient

I am sorry that you have had difficulty getting through to the surgery. As far as I am aware, the surgeries answer their own calls, we do not have call centers at AWC Modality. We sometimes have staff who move between practices, due to operational need, but they do this from the practice you are calling. Farfield and Holycroft Surgeries do share their workload at times, but they are closely linked and in Keighley.
