Thank you for the feedback, we appreciate all feedback. I am so sorry for your negative experience here at Furlong Medical Centre. We understand it can be difficult to contact the Practice via telephone due to work commitments, to help our patients we now have an emailing service available where we will respond within 48 hours. We can pre book appointments, accept prescription requests and discuss all matters of patients care.

Due to this post being Anonymous I am unable to contact you directly to discuss this further. If you would like to contact me directly I am more than happy to discuss this matter with you in depth.

Kind Regards
