"Telephone consultation"

About: Antrim Area Hospital / Outpatients

(as a service user),

Today I had a telephone consult with a surgical consultant, Mr Grey. I was concerned this would be conducted over the telephone but I would like to say a big thank you to him.

His approach was calm and reassuring; he introduced himself and gave me confidence that he had read my notes and was familiar with why I was referred. Altogether a positive experience.

I left the call reassured there was a plan and confident I hadn’t been lost in a system
