"Great experience with GP"

I recently noticed that one of my moles had become crusty, painful and bled a lot one night plus I had another which is bigger and darker than all the others so I thought I would get them checked, especially as my gran has just been diagnosed with a skin cancer.

I booked a telephone appointment online, spoke to GP this evening who took a history, sent me a text so I could send photos and I have an appointment first thing in the morning to be seen in person to assess whether I need a referral or not. 

Excellent experience, I felt listened to and taken seriously.
