"Confusion on how to use the device"

About: Altnagelvin Area Hospital / Emergency department

(as a service user),

Recently had an appointment with a nurse and really appreciated them using Interpreter Now. However there was some confusion on how to use the device to co communicate through Intrepreter  Now. It would be good if some refresher training or a reminder could be given and shared with staff

Thank you for sharing your experience and acknowledging the ED nurse who tried to help you with the Intrepreter Now service. Following on from this I contacted the Trust's Equality and Involvement Officer who will reissue Communication and information advising staff how to access and contact the service.
