"Care and professionalism"

I recently attended the Women's Day Clinic at ARI for a colposcopy assessment. I'd just like to commend Christine and her colleague (who did introduce herself but who's name I have unfortunately forgotten) for their care, professionalism and manner during the procedure. Everything was carefully explained to me and I was given reassurance throughout. They understood it was an anxious time for me and could not have been more caring. As a fellow NHS worker, I wanted to take a moment to pass on my thanks and appreciation as it's often much needed. Thank you.
