Staff are very good to me and I couldn’t complain with the care provided.  They keep me well informed and are good at communicating and make it easy for me to understand.  The ward is cleaned regularly.  The food is ok and there is enough variety on the menu.  I feel safe in the ward as everybody wears PPE.  It is private enough with curtains.

One improvement that needs to be made is the need for a TV.  This bay doesn’t have a TV and it is such a long and boring day without one.  All patients on this ward agree that we need one to pass the time during the day.  One other thing to improve would be the medicine trolley.  It is so loud and rattles a lot, especially when it is being pushed around at night time when we are trying to sleep.
