About: Mill Stream Surgery

The review started in June as a result many blood pressure s were taken in practice and home to no conclusion finally after the last one this month September and giving the result to the reception I phoned after a few days to ask what to do I was told someone would phone twice but no on my third call the result couldn't be found initially but eventually was still in the tray not looked at. I have been at this practice for over 30 years but now it has deteriated beyond belief

As a Practice we always find feedback really helpful to ensure that we are keeping up to date with what patients are experiencing.

All our staff work very hard to provide high quality care to our patients and are always disappointed to read when patients are not happy with the care they have received.

I am very sorry to read that you experienced problems getting feedback on your blood pressure results.

It is very disappointing to read that yuo feel the practice has deteriorated beyond belief.
