"Attending CRESTA clinic"

About: Campus for Ageing and Vitality

(as a service user),

I had an awful experience with this clinic. No privacy or respect. Medical records and issues discussed in front of other patients and staff with no attempt at confidentiality.   Those there for treatment have to walk through either the waiting room to use the loo or past staff and patients stood out side of the consultation rooms while attached to an IV drip. Humiliating as people stare or even worse give the "sympathy" look. It's also difficult to get to for early appointments. My last 2 were early in the morning. However did not get treatment until 2 hours later. Disgusting.
