I’ve completed two online forms requesting support regarding a recurring health issue. After the most recent l received a “call back” however the phone only rang twice before being ended not giving me enough time to pick up. Getting through to reception the last few weeks has been a challenge with me on hold for almost an hour.
Today l receive a call stating that the catchment area has changed (apparently it changed over a year ago?) and l have 30 days to register somewhere else. Considering my, still unresolved health issue, and the “attempted call back” in response to my online request, now have to register with another GP is frustrating. Though the GPS themselves have been decent reception and admin staff not so much.
I understand the challenges faced by key workers (being one myself) but this treatment is very disappointing.
