"Visit to ED Antrim Children’s"

About: Antrim Area Hospital / Accidents & Emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

I took my daughter (13) to Antrim ED as she has had ongoing pain in her Coccyx. Deboragh a nurse triaged her and was fantastic with her doing her observations. Spent time reassuring her. Matthew one of the doctors then came in and have to say he was outstanding. Spoke and listened to her and then explained exactly what he was diagnosing. Made both Leah and I feel at ease. 10/10. Thankyou!

Dear THaighton

thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback to our Paediatric ED service.

It is a difficult time for the health service so any positive feedback is greatly received. I will ensure that Deborah and Matthew have a copy of your lovely feedback and I trust that Leah is continuing to improve
