"Seen quickly at A & E"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

I can’t tell you how impressed. Reassured  and cared for I was on a visit to this department recently where I was very ill.

There was a calm, kind and respectful manner displayed to all patients in the waiting room.

I didn’t have to wait long to be seen and given some much needed pain relief.

I think that Lincoln should be proud of this considering how some services are being run whilst battling COVID.

The only thing that was difficult was explaining my symptoms to the staff at the front desk as I was finding it difficult to talk and they couldn’t hear Because of my face mask.

Dear Bearcub

We want you to know that we are very grateful for your feedback; unfortunately our services are under significant pressure at the moment with many staff redeployed from their usual roles to help out and this is likely to mean a delay in our response. We apologise for this but want to assure you we will come back to you. Thank you again.

Jennie
