Sort your phone system out!! On hold for half hour to be cut off to call back to go on hold for another half hour to be told Iv just missed the last appointment. Obviously have taken on more patients than you can handle. As for the having to give a date for the last time you saw a gp to be able to even leave this review….chance would be a fine thing!!

I am very sorry that you have had difficulties contacting the practice and if you feel we haven't provided you with the best service we possibly could. Our New E-Consult system has proven very popular with our patients and we have had excellent feedback.
