The process to speak with a receptionist for simple questions takes a very long time. The telephone process is not very efficient as it takes a minimum 20minutes to contact the receptionist. I could not find a way to contact them via their website so very inefficient. I know the response will be that they are very busy but a better system should be put in place and they should not use Covid as an excuse for inefficiencies
