Excellent care- an instant sense of reassurance- a very professional team, adhering to the need for urgent care, yet in a gentle respectful manner.  There is a sense that the whole patient's needs are looked at with a great sense of connectivity- looking at medications, the provisions in the home, the family situation and a clear sense of a goal to get the patient well again- avoiding hospital at all costs! Brilliant service- should be fully supported!

Thank you for your kind feedback. The aim of acute care at home is to treat the patient at home and avoid admission where possible. We strive to meet the urgent needs of the patient during their illness in an holistic manner. We aim to involve family throughout the journey and I am delighted to hear that you experienced this during your treatment. I will let all the team members know your pleasant experience.
