About: Scottish Ambulance Service

(as a service user),

The ambulance service was really slow at the hospital but the ambulance staff went outwith the call of duty and made the experience so much better for my dad and myself. Good face for the NHS and Scottish Ambulance Service.

Thank you for your Feedback. I am sorry your dad had to make use of our services. I do hope he is feeling much better?

I am also sorry to hear about the situation faced once at the hospital but I am glad to read that our staff made this experience a bit more tolerable for yourself and your dad.
