"Ask my GP/ receptionist let the surgery down"

About: Swingbridge Surgery

Absolutely appalling service.

Ask my GP is only available on certain days, certain times and if the person who is suggested by the gateway guard receptionist is not available then you have to resubmit on the day they are available.

The receptionist haven’t got any time patience or repeat for the client, you feel like you’re the inconvenience.

The nurse, physio and gp’s I have seen are very good and extremely helpful.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback on the service you have received . Following previous patient feedback AskMyGP is now switched on at 6am and switched off at 12noon Monday to Friday to allow us to manage the demand on the day. This is only switched off in very exceptional circumstances.

If you wish to discuss your comments further please do not hesitate to contact me at the Practice.

Kind regards
