"Rehousing me hopefully"

I was getting counselling with a lovely lady who then put me in contact with another lady who has really been helping me. I managed to get a flat but I feel unsafe there but had nowhere else to go it is only a 6 month tenancy and that runs out soon. My health and anxiety is through the roof. I am in my 60's and I need to settle somewhere that hasn't got stairs as I struggle with stairs. I have a sciatic trapped nerve and have had operations on my spine. I just feel down trodden and worthless.
