Lucy from contact tracing contacted me this morning about my dad and us after contracting Covid 19. She was so calm, reassuring and completely put me at ease. She complimented us for our handling of the situation at home and made it all very easy regarding when to get our second tests as it’s very confusing at times. 

The work the contact  tracing is so important and I want to that the team for their hard work and especially Lucy!
