I went to the blood taking centre, and it took 42 minutes……12 minutes longer than the half hour free parking. Not really a serious offence. Yet I got a letter demanding a £60 fine, which I paid straight away, otherwise it would have been £100.
I find this shocking and felt extremely hurt by the experience. Isn’t it time you did something about this unfair system?
