The GP practice as a whole is good, with a variety of high quality GPs. It is not usually difficult to get an appointment, however there is some waiting time.
My grievance is that my experience with reception has been consistently poor. For example, the receptionist that I spoke to today was dismissive and unwilling to help. I was given inaccurate information that forced me to run around in circles. On calling them back, they were condescending, unprofessional and not helpful at all.
This is not an isolated incident with the reception staff. The staff could do with training on communication and basic interpersonal skills.
