"Recent visit to donate blood ( Scotblood )"

I attended the blood donor session in Larkhall this evening and wanted to comment on the excellent service that I experienced. I immediately felt welcomed and valued as a donor . I was taken to the assessment area by Colin. I want to take this opportunity to thank Colin so much for helping me to complete my form ( I had not taken my reading glasses with me !!! ) . Colin was friendly and totally professional when asking the sensitive questions. He put me at ease . I was then taken to the donor area and greeted by Linda. Linda was so kind and had a calming , relaxed approach but I knew right away I was in safe hands. I was then assessed by Sister, Suzanne. I must say , I was fairly anxious about the impending needle insertion! The full procedure from start to finish was so comfortable. Hands down, the best experience of needle insertion I have ever had during a blood donation. Thank you Suzanne, just incredible. No discomfort whatsoever!!! Totally professional. Much appreciated Suzanne. 

Overall, such a  positive experience this visit and would definitely encourage more people to donate if they can. Excellent service guys, keep up the great work.
