"Useless"

Eastglade used to be brilliant, the staff where really understanding and helpful.

it feels like that since i have been under them a long time that now they just dont care or want to help and have just given up on me, which is leaving me with dark thoughts and im finding it hard to cope with them but they still wont see me to help.

i have been under eastglade for a long time, most of my life. now they are giving up on me and just dont seem to care about how much im struggling and having dark thoughts that are only getting worse now because my care co ordanator was only given me for 6 appointments and that was ment to help me but i was just presured to do things that i just cant do at the moment and since i cant just move out of my family home they have now stopped seeing me. im left with no support from the staff, no skills to help me, no therapy and left really struggling with dark thoughts.

my support worker has tryed to contact eastglade to arrange to see the mannager but there not avaliable
