"5 therapist, over 1 year and still zero treatment…"

I have been on talk Liverpool’s books for just over 1 year now, I get assigned a therapist.. get sent an email to fill out before first meeting (assessment) then asked to go into detail which leaves me mentally drained and effected from what I have to discuss. After this “assessment”

I then get told this therapist is “off” or have assigned me a new therapist.

This cycle has continued for over a year now.. 5 therapists later.. I still have had zero treatment from this service. If anything, the constant back an forth an repetitiveness and detail they make me go in ultimately leaves me feeling a lot worse!

Since all this I have looked on google reviews for talk Liverpool and am appalled this seems to be a common occurrence, not just my case.

I have an appointment this Tuesday with another therapist… but let’s just say I’m not so hopeful!

Even tho I have called an spoke to one of the managers directly to discuss this issue.

He seemed clueless on any bad reviews and attempts to sing the praises of talk Liverpool to me.. after me mentioning how long I had been with talk Liverpool an still received zero treatment… his tone changed slightly an wanted to quickly book another appointment an getting me off the phone ASAP.
