"Very poor"

One of the GP'S from this Surgery ,featured on Meridian New's,stating,all service's were back to normal service,so how come,when you visit/phone at 8am,you cannot get an appointment,as they are limited,if you phone you are in a queue of 40 ++ caller's,all trying to get an appointment.The receptionist's are rude and tell you to go home and phone up to get an appointment as you cannot book one there,so I would like to know why such a large surgery ,that has patient's who need to see the Dr ,are not able to.Obviously the hospital's A/E department is there but why can I not have access to my GP ,it is disgraceful to broadcast on TV,that normal service has resumed,yet the truth of the matter is ,IT HAS NOT.

So come on ,let us have access to seeing a GP,as and when we need it .
