We went to visit someone on ward 231 with our daughters having walked all the way through the ward we were then told there was norovirus on the ward and that under twelves weren't allowed on the ward.
I don't have a problem with this I understand that there needs to be infection control. What I do have a problem with is the fact that there were no signs on the ward entrance which would have saved our children from being exposed to germs and saved our embarrassment.
