Rang and requested triage appointment at 08.35am and received a call back at 09.05am. Doctor listened to everything said and made immediate plans for my health care.

Also the receptionist I got through to initially was kind, helpful and discreet.

I never have a problem getting help from Laburnham. Have also in the past seen different doctors or health care professionals and they have all been extremely kind and helpful. The most important point I'd like to make is that whether I have to phone or attend the Practice I have never felt rushed. Everyone at the Practice has time, patience and care. Brilliant service, excellent care. The Practice is always spotlessly clean and tidy and welcoming. I am grateful to be a patient here and I thank everyone for their care and professional support.
