"Excellent doctors and service"

I have been seen by many lovely doctors at Cripps, and so far they have all been excellent. I have full confidence that I am in the most capable hands in this surgery.

I have been seen late afternoon on 17th August by a lovely, well-mannered doctor who sat with me longer than I had my appointment for, to chat with me to sort my problems calmly and unhurriedly (I feel this is such is a rare quality nowadays). I was made to feel respected, listened to, and so much at ease. She has addressed all my issues promptly and properly, and I am very happy about the service I have received.

I want to thank her for what she has done for me and appreciate her time and effort. Bless her and I wish we have more doctors like her.
