"Doctors surgery"

About: General practices in Ayrshire & Arran

(as the patient),

Feel like I am in limbo with my doctors surgery, very little care or understanding shown, no empathy, feels like I am talking to a robot that I can’t get through to. I have issues with 3 Heath conditions that need addressed/action taken on and I don’t know where to turn because I feel like I am getting nowhere lax Having chronic health conditions and no consistency with doctors does not help, seems like there’s no doctors at this surgery? any communication with these people plunges me into deeper despair, worsening of my mental health and exacerbation of my chronic pain conditions, I need help

I am sorry to read of your experience with your doctor’s surgery. Are you able to contact me at pamela.gibson@aapct.scot.nhs.uk or on 07702 775705 to provide me with some additional details that will allow me to direct your concerns to the appropriate care provider?
