Attended North Tees Hospital for a xray on my extremely painful shoulder. Was told the results would be back in a week. It's now been a month and still no results, have been told they have a backlog of Xrays to be looked at. Almost four weeks and still waiting in pain for results. I have complained to PALS but it was pointless! Now on very strong pain medication, this situation is unacceptable. Needs addressing urgently!
