Staff were very efficient + kind + friendly, could be quieter during night. care assistant gave exellent service helping patients with activites, nothing a problem for them.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Being in hospital is such a difficult time and it is so nice to read your positive feedback. The staff will be delighted to read this.

I am sorry about the noise overnight. Rest is so important in recovery. Your feedback is a reminder to us where possible to minimise the noise.
