"Very caring and understanding practice"

Initially, I was taken to Frimley Park Hospital (FPH) A&E and diagnosed accordingly. A couple of days later, I had to return to FPH for a Neck scan appointment, which was almost the same time as a PSA Blood test appointment at Jenner House. Both actions needed doing and I did not want to rearrange. I informed Jenner House that I have these appointments within an hour of each other, and that I will do my utmost to arrive at the surgery very near to the appointment time. I found all the staff, (Doctors, nurses and receptionists) were all extremely helpful and thoroughly understanding and ensured I got my blood test during the time remaining that afternoon. Thank You.
