(as a carer),

My 86 year old Dad had to have a procedure with the Plastic Surgeon. His experience has been nothing but perfect, from the outset the Male Clerk on reception was polite and respect and dad said all the nurses, hca’s and Drs and all involved were respectful, caring and kind. The lovely nurse waited with dad to hand over all the dressings and aftercare. Thank you all for your hard work and respectfulness.

I'm really pleased to hear that your Dad had a really positive experience in his recent visit to the Exmoor unit. We always strive to provide a service that is compassionate and caring and I'm really pleased to hear this was the case for you dad. It's important to us to make sure that patients and carers are provided with the correct information on discharge to maximise recovery. I will ensure that the feedback is shared with the team.
