"A huge thanks"

About: Aberdeen Maternity Hospital / Obstetrics (Maternity care)

(as the patient),

I was recently admitted to Ashgrove ward at Aberdeen maternity hospital. I can't fault any of the midwifery staff that were involved with my care on day and Nightshift. Unfortunately I can't remember the names of a few of them who took care of me which is a shame as they are a credit to the ward, but there was a midwife called Ailey. I hope I have spelt her name correctly. Nothing was ever too much bother for any of the staff I was in contact with and the midwives listened to my concerns along with going through some questions with me that I felt I needed information on. They definitely helped me feel calmer during my stay so a huge thanks to the staff.

Hello Bain88,

Thank you so much for sharing your positive feedback.

The team work very hard to ensure women feel supported and cared for so it's wonderful to hear that we delivered that for you.

I will pass this on to the team and Eilidh in particular (she won't worry about the spelling!)

We hope you are keeping well and thank you once again
