I emailed to get an appointment. Received a email clearly stating the date, I called that day and they had called me 3 days earlier with no appointments available. From the initial contact it’s going to be 10 days for just a telephone conversation, even though I have stress that I require to actually see a doctor so it’s going to be even longer over 14 days till I could get a prescription. It’s a absolute joke for someone who hardly ever uses there doctors. All I got was an apology no voice mail neither if they did call me. They could of spoken to someone to arrange what would actually be a 2 minute call but there was no offer at all. So the telephone call that was ment to have been today Friday is now Thursday next week. Due to the poor admin who can’t even do a simple job in getting emails and dates correct on a system and the office manager surprisingly wasn’t in. So when do they work when a surgery is open 5 days a week???
