"A great place"

The staff here couldn’t be any nicer and helpful. The doctors however some are nice and some would just stand in the door way and shout over to you in your bed which isn’t really a way of effectively communicating with people. I refused my dinner until I got to speak with a doctor as I was meant to have an examination twice and it was then cancelled on 2 different occasions. Sometimes you have to shout to be listened to. All the nursing staff here are great for answering any questions you have to the best of their abilities. The cleaning is immaculate. When I has suspected c. diff and was put in a side room a member of the domestic team said to me when I had a motion to just buzz them and they would be down immediately to clean which they were. They are incredible. The food is also great too and even better as I’ve been off the cigarettes for 1 week now so getting my taste back gradually which helps too. The staff from the bottom to the top here are all amazing on this ward.
