"The staff have all been very nice"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Ambulatory Care - Medical Craigavon Area Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

I came into the accident and emergency department  yesterday. I was waiting for about 4 hrs before I was seen to by the triage nurse. I got my bloods done then an hour later, I was given a bed in one of the bays in A&E to stay in over night.

The staff have all been very nice and helpful. They have listened to me and kept me informed with regards to what is going on. This unit is much more comfortable than A&E so I was very happy to be moved. The doctors who came to see me were also very good and told me all the facts I needed to know.

The food is first class. It is like being in a 5 star hotel, I never get a meal sat in front of me at home, so it is a real luxury.

My ward space is clean and comfortable and I feel very content here.

The wifi is also good and I have been able to connect with it to keep in contact with my family. It really helps to pass the time having a tablet to use.

Thank you for you comments about your time in Ambulatory Care, and that were kept informed about your care. I'm glad that you enjoyed your meals and felt comfortable within the unit.

I will pass on your positive comments to the staff.

Thank you
