About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Blossom Ward (Paediatrics)

(as the patient),

Unfortunately due to ill health my daughter had to be admitted to CAH recently.   Through the nightmare journey that we endured as a family,   we were   in contact with a member of the CYPP team, Mandy. She is to be commended for her professionalism, empathy and compassion. The   support to our family, both Professionally   and emotionally was outstanding. Thank you for everything.

Thank you Camp83 for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. I am one of the consultant paediatricians who work in Blossom. I was very sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced but pleased that you found such professionalism and compassion in this member of staff who was able to provide the support for you and your family.

I would be very happy to pass on your very positive comments to the member of staff you have mentioned but our ward manager and I are uncertain who this is. I will of course manage any information you provide me with the respect and confidence which I would have for all clinical information.
