The care we witnessed was second to none.

Truly remarkable.

Above and beyond the normal parameters of care.

Kept our loved on out of hospital.

Trusting. Love. Grace and affection

Lyndsey and her team were absolutely amazing

No exaggeration.

So sorry to hear of the loss of your loved one.

Thankyou so much for taking the time to express the experience you had of the Portadown District Nursing Team.

District Nursing strive to maintain patients in their own home and it is wonderful to hear of the great care your loved one received from Lyndsey and the team. I will share your comments with the District Nurses.
