I was so surprised that the receptionist went above and beyond for me!
The rules within the practice are that anyone over the age of 17 has to come in and wait alone.
The receptionist went out of her way to make sure my mum stayed with me throughout the wait and visit.
After a couple of hours the receptionist went over to myself and mum and asked if we have been seen yet!
It’s made a such a huge difference to our visit! An amazing lady! I noted her name as she does need recognition x
