"Profit over patient!"

This practice now just seems like a business venture where profitability is prime concern rather than patient wellbeing. Unprofessional staff that seem to pass the book and are avoiding working properly in the name of covid.

They don’t seem to take ownership and assist, a simple referral procedure as advised by the hospital themselves becomes such a long winded and complicated matter, disregarding the seriousness of the patient’s health.

It’s a shame that this practice was built on family values, senior who was dedicated to his patients wellbeing but in the young hands now where profit over patient matter. Avoid at all costs unless you are happy to be messed around and have your health issues discussed at the front door of the surgery. Patients are not allowed in at one practice yet their other one at Woodroyd, you are able to walk into reception? No covid there??
