(as the patient),

I was admitted to AMU ward for an infection in eye, it was bad one. the staff in AMU ward was very friendly and caring. They could'nt help me enough. I got home next day but had to attend the ward for iv medications. how ever I got more unwell had to be admitted to the short stay ward for a few days. it was scary as I was sent for an emergency CT scan. My pressure in my  eye was very high. there was much I could of lost but with the quick thinking eye surgeon she save my eye and things. I cant thank her enough. the nurses in short stay ward where so brilliant and friendly they made me feel more relax. I want to say a big thank you for what they done. AMU ward And Short Stay Ward and the Ambulatory Assessment area. I am still recovering. thank you to nurses and doctors. I appreciate what you done for me.

Your condition sounded very painful and I can understand why you felt scared. I am very pleased however that the team recognised this and responded appropriately and quickly.
